[評] 半自白
我的一點想法，關於 [半自白]......
最近借了這本書，看完之後才發現，好像借過了。
這本橫山秀夫的小說，歸在社會派推理是對的，因為兇手一開始就知道了，到最後也沒有翻盤。
兇手，椲（其實是木+尾，但是好像找不到這個字？）警部，殺妻，原因：妻子身受阿茲海默症之苦，就在兒子忌日當天，夫妻二人在掃過墓之後，妻子又說沒有掃墓。在妻子的要求下，椲警部完成了妻子唯一的心願～以一個母親的身分離開人間（因為妻子怕阿茲海默症愈來愈嚴重之後，會忘了兒子）。
書名：半自白！因為椲警部是在案發二日後才自首，坦承殺妻，卻不說在48小時裡去了何處。所謂半自白者，是說椲警部只坦白了一半（殺妻），卻隱瞞了殺妻後的行蹤。
故事，從六個相關人等不同的角度描述，包含：警署重案指揮官（因為他了解椲，深覺椲的殺妻可能另有隱情）、檢察署第三交椅的檢察官、記者、律師、法官、獄卒。六個和法律有關的人，有自己的立場，也有彼此的衝突。
還記得以前在看日劇大搜查線時，就為裡面地方警局和警視廳的衝突覺得很有趣，原來這不是亂蓋。就連高考組和普通組都有立場的不同，管警務（行政、坐辦公室的）的和管刑務（真的到現場搜索辦案的人）也有厲害的衝突。更不用提警察和檢察署，以及警察、檢察署和跑刑事的記者，還有律師、法官間立場的衝突了。這部小說用短短幾章就把各種人的對立、合作突顯出來。
人生五十年，椲警部的一帖書法，是整個小說的關鍵。不過～應該讀者應該還是猜不出來最終的結局啦。
社會派推理原本就不太在乎對待讀者的公平性，而這部小說原本也不是為了讓讀者推理而寫的。與其說社會派推理小說，倒不如當作文學小說來看。
